Anchored, musically and lyrically, by horror flicks, 1980s video games and the cultural state of affairs, it runs from the J Dilla-inspired “Donut Ghost House” bookends to “Sound That We Do” with the Bay Area MC Zion I. Engineered by Chris Bittner at Applehead Studios in Woodstock, NY, mastered by Chris Athens, with album art by Feather Vansvik.
